Refund policy
Returns:
Due to safety concerns, food items cannot be returned, making all sales final.
If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
All requests will then be reviewed and or approved by our customer service team.
If an approval is made for a return, you may send purchase items back to the original shipped-from address (paid by you). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Freezeandco.foods@gmail.com.
Shipping costs are excluded from any refunds.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of placing your order as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
